We had a few issues with the install but Clayton and his team would not give up until it was corrected. Clayton made the experience easy. He handled the process to ensure outstanding results. We were very happy with the outcome and impressed by the commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. R&S provided the most competitive pricing and the service was excellent. We will work them again.

From the first meeting with Ray, to the stairs job done by Robert, to the demo and hardwood floor replacement by two men, and the painting by Tom, this company did an amazing job and gives 1st class service. From being burned by a previous company, I was a bit hesitant to have flooring done again, but their work lets me know that a good flooring company still exists. Thank you R&S flooring.

Ray was our project manage and was extremely patient as we decided on the scope of the project, picked colors, etc. The install and finishing crew were great and we are extremely happy with the end result.

Clayton (Project Mgr) was outstanding. They did an outstanding job, matching the color of the new hardwood floors to the old floors. We love the decorative floor vents that Clayton recommended and installed. We will definitely use R&S Flooring for all of our flooring needs going forward.
