  I had a great experience with Nashville Paint Co. Their customer service was responsive, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. Carly was especially easy to work with and made the whole process smooth. I’d definitely recommend them!

  I worked with Nashville Painting Company to paint my entire house back in December 2025 -January 2026. From the onset of me contacting painting companies, it was clear that NPC took their jobs very seriously. They responded to my initial contact within a few hours and had scheduled a consultation within the business day to occur the next day. We had a giant project (painting the entire house, painting kitchen cabinets, and hanging wallpaper) and Carly made it easy for us to talk through the process. Carly had extensive knowledge of lots of painting styles and projects that NPC could tackle, and the initial quoted price for the projects was just about what we ended up paying. The price transparency was awesome. Carly was super responsive throughout the entire process -- anytime we had questions or concerns, she was present and attentive. We worked with Carson, too, who kept the project itself in tact during the multiple moving parts -- he was good. In my opinion, Carly is the shining star of NPC's sales team and staff. They have lots of contacts for any other services that their company does not provide (such as getting wood floors sanded and re-stained) and that was helpful in the process. They are a bit pricey, and with the big project there were a couple of mishaps with drippy paint on the walls, but after contact and notification of the places for improvement, NPC was attentive and scheduled touchups quickly. If they fit within your budget, I would recommend working with NPC!
