They were scheduled to come to my house on Friday and called me late Thursday afternoon to tell me they had to reschedule because there was a “emergency“ the next day and they did not have a tech available to come to my house as well as to handle the emergency. They rescheduled me to the following Monday (initially, this day was not available, but somehow magically became available when I was protesting that I was going to have to wait an additional week for service.) and then no showed. When I called to inquire where they were the person I spoke with insisted that they had tried to contact me but I had no missed calls or text messages from them or any voicemails from them. She said they had to cancel again because there was another emergency. I pointed out that last year when I had an emergency, they didn’t cancel anyone services to take care of mine, they simply made me wait so I wasn’t sure why this could continue to happen to me. I rescheduled one more time(2 weeks from now), giving them the benefit of doubt, but if this happens again, I will be on the search again for another more reliable HVAC company.

He quickly diagnosed our issue as a failed limit switch, and promptly ordered it and set us up for installation! We are extremely pleased with Rapid Response, and feel if you have a HVAC issue, call Rapid Response!!
