  We have used this company twice now, probably won't use them again. First problem is how many emails they send when it comes to the contract, it is overwhelming. They are also pushy about signing the contract, even after you tell them you need more time. Connor is who came out to give an estimate, he is super easy to chat with and feels honest. Our project manager, Carson, has been sick on both projects. He didn't communicate well with the painters either time, so there was a mix up on arrival and both times have made me stress to get home from work. We have had to coordinate all of the communication for the painters and have spent far too much time doing his job. He also got our names wrong when talking to us, which isn't professional. It isn't hard to verify the correct name nefore sending a message... The first project took days longer than they said and the paint is already messed up with scuff marks from hardly being touched. I hope the 2nd project goes better and will certainly update with photos if not. But regardless, we will use a different company after this.

  First and foremost- if you are looking for paint in Nashville and Middle Tennessee, stop your search here with Nashville Painting Company. I will recommend them to any of my friends in real estate as needs arise, and will personally never use anyone else. From start to finish, I am thoroughly surprised and grateful for the work and service we received from Connor, Carson, and team. We had the exterior of our home redone. Connor ran our quote. He was extremely thorough and thoughtful in his suggestions and in conversation. Excellent work. I was shocked at the pricing given the scope was fairly large. Very reasonable. Carson, our project manager, and team completed our job in far less time than I would have thought possible. They acknowledged tight deadlines with respect and honestly, and met them with plenty of time to spare. These would have likely been unrealistic expectations elsewhere in experience. The work came out better than I would have expected from any company. We even had last minute alterations to our color palette once the job was completed, as I did not do a great job of conveying my expectations. Carson turned around on his way home, gave us a call to discuss the paint color, went and picked up more paint for me, and returned to our home to redo the work himself without hesitation. Any other company would have skirted the request; that action demonstrated to me that quality is placed above all else. I am truly and thouroughly impressed with my experience. Highly recommended.
