  I will forever be so grateful for the customer service and timing in delivery. I had forgotten to schedule a dumpster to be delivered to my house. I called last minute and was able to have one delivered the same day. Not only this, but the expected delivery time was the 2nd half of the day and they were ready to deliver within 30 mins of me calling to pay and schedule. I was very lucky this worked out the way it did as this was not expected and was told to me that this was not a normal situation (which I completely understand). I would have been pleased either way because the ease of scheduling and delivering was very easy by phone. I will definitely use again for future and highly recommend to my contractor as his best price for a dumpster was almost $700

  Exceptional service! A lot of our business is emergency based, which makes it hard to plan when you’ll need a dumpster. Mike and Lori do a tremendous job and can get us what we need faster than anyone else. Will definitely be a long term customer.

  !! 100% RECOMMEND - BEST PRICE - EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !! After my sister passed away unexpectedly, my dad called around to price dumpster services and DumpStor was by far the best option and provided the best customer service. We decided we didn’t need a dumpster at that time. Fast forward two weeks, we finally gotten all the kids settled in their new locations and started going through the garage. We thought we might be able to haul loads to the local dump using friends trucks (FYI-you can’t use the Rutherford County Landfill unless you have RuCo tags), but I had to leave town the next day. Fast forward a few more days, there is now a massive pile of trash in the yard, and it just keeps growing as my mom continues to clean out the house. It’s no longer feasible to take load after load to the county dump. I called Mike at DumpStor around 2 in the afternoon. He asked me what was included in our trash, and suggested which size dumpster he thought would work (he didn’t try to upsell me). He warned me in advance the county’s fees for mattresses. The best part, he delivered a dumpster the same day within a few hours! They send an automated text when the dumpster is on the way, when it’s dropped off, they check-in to see if you’re ready for it to be picked up early (7 days is standard), ask if you need more time on day 6, send you a text when they’re on the way to retrieve the dumpster, and another text to let you know when it’s been picked up.
