  If you are in the cleaning industry, you probably have had to deal with property management companies. I have tried many different ones over my 30 years in business. It is tough to find a good one, and by "good," I mean one that will make sure you get paid on time as long as you do your part. Now, the Liasion you deal with has a whole lot to do how smooth everything runs Enviro USA calls that person a Client Service Rep (called other names at other companies, some not so good).
