  Austin and Sean were great! They came out to do a reroute on my lines, and I’ve got to say-these guys were the real deal. They showed up ready to work, knew exactly what they were doing, and handled the job like two true pros. They kept the house clean even while cutting into walls. They were spotless in their cleanup and put all furniture back the way it was when they got there. Definitely would call them back out if we have any more issues.

  My experience with Smith Plumbing was excellent from start to finish. I am so glad I came after them and will use them for future projects. From the initial phone call, Justin was kind, understanding, and courteous. Zac was dispatched to my house the next day, made a thorough assessment, and explained all of my options well. Caleb and JD responded to fix the actual issue. They were on time, efficient, and provided me updates along the way. Everyone I interacted with was such a blessing.

  The technician was very professional and well knowledgeable. He came in on time was polite and got the job done quickly. I have to say, their customer service is top notch — very good! I highly recommend them and have switched from other services to this company. I also recommend their membership plan because it can save you a boatload of money in the long run.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a really good experience with this company. Wade was the first person who came out, looked everything over, and explained what was going on, which helped a lot. Alex was the main technician and Mason was helping him. They replaced my gas line and also corrected an issue with the water heater, which was an added bonus. They were both very nice, respectful, and kept me informed throughout the day. They let me know when they were going to lunch, answered my questions, and always put shoe covers on when coming into the house, which I really appreciated. Overall, the communication and professionalism made the whole process much less stressful. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend.

  This company came HIGHLY recommended and they lived up to ALL my expectations! They were on time, friendly, considerate and fast. The technicians were nice and friendly and did a FANTASTIC JOB! They went above and beyond to make sure this was a highly pleasant experience. I am and would DEFINITELY recommend Smith’s Plumbing Service for ALL your plumbing needs. This was our first experience with having a busted water line under asphalt and concrete. From start to finish, the company made it easy and fast and painless, LOL! I was highly impressed with the knowledge the technicians had because I was asking a million questions. They took the time to explain and answer any questions I had. Thanks to Smith’s Plumbing Service our family can rest assure that it’s done right. A GREAT WAY TO START THE NEW YEAR! THANKS
