Wade was the first person who came out, looked everything over, and explained what was going on, which helped a lot. Alex was the main technician and Mason was helping him. They replaced my gas line and also corrected an issue with the water heater, which was an added bonus. They were both very nice, respectful, and kept me informed throughout the day. They let me know when they were going to lunch, answered my questions, and always put shoe covers on when coming into the house, which I really appreciated. Overall, the communication and professionalism made the whole process much less stressful. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend.

Both times Smiths got people out here within two days of me calling. They arrived when they said they would, and charged what they estimated. It was a straightforward, though messy repair. Even so, the crew cleaned everything up and even managed to save most of my landscaping, and only a little bit of disturbed soil shows they were here at all. Was impressed by how efficiently they worked. Recommended.

Kelsey, Amber and Chelsea got the ball rolling and sent Hunter Monday morning to evaluate. Jovani and Landon came early Tuesday morning and replaced my water heater. They were all absolutely excellent. Jovani and Landon were thorough, efficient, quick and clean! (Plus they tolerated my multitude of questions.) Great experience and service from every employee. Thanks to each one of you! PS - loved the ability to track the guys as they were enroute so I would know exactly when they would arrive.
