This approach makes everything incredibly easy and stress-free especially when I'm on a project far from home and don't always have time to talk on the phone. I like the upfront costs are all spelled out and their app is easy to use. I also like the way the drivers handle deliveries. They don't just drop off the equipment and leave, they call and provide real-time updates on the status of the equipment. This way I'm always in the loop and can plan accordingly. The drivers always ask questions to expedite service and delivery, which to me shows their commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction. Thank you for making my rental experiences over the years seamless and enjoyable.
