  Dale insulation did not install a portion of the gutters including the leaf guards. When I learned of this after investigating why the storm water was running over I learned of the omission. When I called to ask them to install to the original specs they refused to return to do the work without charging me. They were unwilling to discuss and hung up on me. Bad customer service and unwilling to correct omissions. Zero stars if that were an option.

  Although the sales rep, Justin, from Dale was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and kind, the crew they sent to do the work was rude and did a lousy job. Although they are sending another crew to clean up the mess, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending them if they use the same crew.

  You company truck is parked in our neighborhood and bring down our property value by doing so on Blairfield Dr. on Antioch. The driver has been told that it was against the rules but won’t comply.

  I would not recommend this company. The crew left big ruts in my in my lawn and spilled chemicals in my driveway and refused to come back and clean it up.
