- DBDaniel Biller3 days ago1.0Dale insulation did not install a portion of the gutters including the leaf guards. When I learned of this after investigating why the storm water was running over I learned of the omission. When I called to ask them to install to the original specs they refused to return to do the work without charging me. They were unwilling to discuss and hung up on me. Bad customer service and unwilling to correct omissions. Zero stars if that were an option.

Although they are sending another crew to clean up the mess, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending them if they use the same crew.
