  I had a great experience with Johnson and Sons from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and professional. My salesperson, Caden, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in the decisions I was making. The installer, Javier, did an excellent job as well. He was very skilled, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work. The finished result turned out even better than I expected. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend Johnson and Sons to anyone looking for quality work and a team that truly cares about their customers.

  We recently had LVP installed throughout our entire home, and working with Caden made all the difference. From day one, he was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. He answered every question we had, helped us compare styles and colors, and made sure we felt confident about our choice. You can tell he truly knows his product and cares about taking care of his customers. The installation team exceeded our expectations. They were punctual, respectful of our home, and their attention to detail was outstanding. Every room flows perfectly, the cuts and transitions are seamless, and the finished look is absolutely stunning. It honestly feels like a brand-new house. If you’re considering new flooring, do yourself a favor and go see Caden. Between his customer service and the quality of the installation, you won’t find a better experience. Highly recommend!

  I will preface this review stating that the installer that initially came out to our house, Daniel, was fantastic and made sure everything was perfect. When my wife and I walked into the showroom, we were greeted and told about the different flooring options from Caden. We decided to go with them and then an estimator came to our house. The estimator did not catch that we had different stairs and did not order the correct stair caps and we also do not have risers for our stairs which makes us have to pull staples from old carpet and paint. After getting the flooring delivered, it was communicated to us that they could come install. No problems as of right now, everything was going smoothly. Our contact with Johnson and Sons was responsive enough up until this point. Daniel came and did excellent work and would have finished our entire home in one day if he had all the correct flooring for the stairs. After the initial install, our customer service rep, Caden, informed me that we did not initially order the stair caps and that Johnson and Sons would cover the expense. However, after this he told me that they did order the caps, they just won't work with my stairs which I understand. I have an old house and the platforms for the stairs are a bit thicker than normal. The problem I have was with Caden, he uses speech to text and it was very difficult to understand some of his texts. We had to wait about a month for someone to come out and install the stairs which is not the issue. The delay was mainly because of weather. The issue I had with the wait is that Caden would text me saying I can have an installer out there Monday morning so I would get the house ready and plan my day around that. Monday morning came and no installer with no text from Caden. After texting and calling Caden, I get a response hours after the scheduled time for him to tell me they can't make it today. The communication between me, Caden, and the installer seemed so disjointed. They finally found an installer to come install the stairs and he didn't bring enough tools to complete the job so he had to come back the next day which is quite inconvenient having to plan around all this. The stairs had a couple nails sticking out of the stairs that we had to fix and there is one bigger gap between the flooring and the stair cap. There was also a chip out of one of the caps. I sent a text to Caden and tried calling, no response and it's been over a month. Overall, I could not recommend Johnson and Sons Flooring. It felt like once I placed the order, the customer service went way down from when we had initially went into the showroom. It is really disappointing because I love the flooring and Daniel was truly a great installer.

  We've used Johnson and Sons in Alcoa 2 times for carpet installation, and they 've done an outstanding job on the install and have an excellent selection of carpet to choose from for purchase.
