  Our furnace quit working on Christmas eve. we had someone come out from melville a 20 minute drive which then costed us 200 and he inspected it for roughly 20 minutes and told us that the part will cost us 700 but obsolete. or we could get a new furnace for about 6000. then it was another 200 for him to go back home . 20 minutes. thw bill was for 620 . needless to say another repairman came the next day and said he couldn't get a part for a couple days and it was from yorkton. he made two trips to our house onr trip to yorkton for the part. installed and fixed it . for 250 less than vetted . All rhwy wanted was to sell us a new furnace .not very business like.

  I called the Vetted HVAC Services for plumbing on leaking and clogging and they were fully booked on that weekend but the customer service was very helpful able to book the service for the following Monday and got fixed. Vetted HVAC Services is high quality service, great customer support and highly professional technician, I recommend it to anyone.

  Very Disappointed - Can’t Recommend Rating: 1/5 Stars I’m writing this to share our experience with this company because the work quality was really poor and they didn’t follow through when we had concerns. We bought all the materials ourselves and hired them just to install the pipe connections. Within 48 hours everything burst. When we looked at it, we found out the hose clamps weren’t tightened properly and they only used single clamps instead of double clamps (which is apparently the standard). We had to go through and tighten every single clamp ourselves and add second clamps to all the connections. They had us sign something saying the work looked good when they were done, but we’re not plumbers so how were we supposed to know? When we called them about the burst, they came back to “check” it and said everything was fine. Then 3 months later we found another drip from a poly connection that wasn’t installed right, which we also had to fix ourselves. They also connected our well pump to the breaker panel. Later on I had some concerns about the electrical work and asked to talk to an electrician. They told me someone would call that evening. Never heard from anyone. Basic stuff wasn’t done right like the clamps not being tightened or doubled up. When they came back to check the plumbing they said it was fine but there were still problems. No one took responsibility when things went wrong and they said they’d have an electrician call me back but never did. I’d be really careful if you’re thinking about using this company. If you do decide to go with them, take lots of photos of their work, check everything carefully before they leave, and maybe get a second opinion if something doesn’t look right. We aren’t plumbers or electricians and we just wanted it done properly to save the headache, but it’s been nothing but a headache. Honestly wish we’d just done it ourselves instead of paying someone for work we ended up having to fix anyway.
