The call out fee for the weekend was so reasonable compared to the one other one that gave us one. Super fast work, friendly guy who gave us updates as he went and explained it well. Highly recommend and we will for sure be passing on the name to call

He said it was my gas valve on my furnace and proceeded to show me more ridiculously outrageously expensive options to repair it. If I had gone and fix what he had said was the problem it would not even had fixed the problem. When I call a professional to come out and tell me what is wrong with my furnace I would expect that they actually know what they are talking about. Will never use Aquatemp again. Unless you want to get ripped off I would stay clear of this company.
- JWJames WJan 30, 20265.0Our furnace wasn't working properly so we contacted aquatemp, and eric checked it out and thoroughly explained what was going on with our furnace and explained all our options for it, since it was an older furnace it was not repairable and we needed to replace it. We met with darby and he showed us our options and we chose a new furnace that suited our needs, the new install was done very well by brent, and he cleaned everything up after and explained the operation of the furnace to us, overall we had a very positive experience, they were respectful, thoroughly explained all our options and would highly recommend aquatemp
