  I had a deeply frustrating experience with AquaTemp and will not be recommending this company. From the very beginning, I was clear that I only wanted my furnace repaired with the necessary part. Instead, I was repeatedly pressured by Darby to purchase a brand new furnace costing around $8,000 - $10,000. He said the part cost would be “half way” to the cost of a new furnace. After multiple phone calls where I clearly declined and insisted we go with the part, he came to my home where I was under the assumption that a repair would be discussed, only to trap me in an hour long sales pitch where he got me my quote for a new furnace. When I continued to say no, communication stalled. I was later told by Darby via email that multiple parts were required for the repair, creating the impression that the job could not be done otherwise. After nearly a week without heat, I contacted the office directly and was finally told that one of these parts was only a “just in case” estimate and not required at all. You would think in winter time, no heat, would have this company using some sense of urgency. Once handled by someone else, the furnace was repaired quickly, for approximately $700. No where near the cost of a brand new furnace!!! As a young woman alone in a large home, this experience left me feeling manipulated and taken advantage of. Being pressured into a $10,000 purchase when a $700 repair was sufficient is unacceptable. This felt less like service and more like exploitation. *EDIT* Tim, the manager, reached out and took the time to personally address this and apologize. I was very thankful for that. Tim said he would speak with his team, so I’m glad something has got resolved :). To me, this speaks loudly that they are willing to hear critical feedback and improve to best fit their customers.

  We had Eric, Spencer, Izak and Brent working at our house. They were easy to talk to, answered any questions we had and did an amazing job. They updated our electrical panel, installed pot lights outside and installed a gas heater in our garage. Darby was our main contact and very easy to deal with as well.

  I just a new water heater installed today. My past experience has been of an installer and an HVAC company who tended to ghost me when they could. Not so with Aqua Temp. First of all they are located in Warman. This is important to me since I'm 40K north of Saskatoon and don't really want to pay that kind of trip charge. Secondly were able to come out within a couple hours. Before they arrived, I got an email and text with a photo and bio for the tech I should be expecting. This kind of vulnerability is a real boon for the customer and also a security measure. Eric was really good to work with. The water heater had been giving me a lot of trouble in the last year. One company had instantly wanted to replace the unit because they didn't know how to fix it. The other company did surface work, like cleaning the burner, but never did really get down to the root cause. Eric was able to diagnose it and give me my options. He also showed me what was going wrong and explained why it got that way. I felt like his desire was to take care of the customer instead of selling a bunch of things I didn't need. I still ended up having him replace the water heater, but it was an informed decision and not made because I felt like I was trapped or in over my head. They did the switch the very next day, along the way upgrading little pieces of the existing exhaust and intake to prevent future issues. I really like that kind of thoughtfulness. They were also careful to put down drop cloths when bringing the units in and out. The work and the water heater were reasonably priced. Manufacturer warranty for these in 6 years. Another $400 bought me an additional 4 years - a bargain if you ask me. This is Day One of course, but I've dealt with a lot of HVAC companies in the past few years and Aqua Temp has all the markings of good people who do their best to take care of the customer in a timely fashion and put quality into their work. I highly recommend them.

  Eric from AquaTemp troubleshot our furnace issue effectively and got it heating up to the set temperature without delay. Eric patiently answered our questions & explained how to help prevent the issue from reoccurring. Solid work and good service overall. AquaTemp worked with us to book a call out asap while avoiding after hours fee. We like their texting system to confirm appointments (included photo & mini bio of technician) & follow up too.

  Aqua Temp was absolutely incredible both for customer service and getting the job done right. These guys were awesome from the phone call to the end of the job. Tim who I dealt with on the phone was very helpful and made the process very easy by explaining everything and giving great options and Eric was the technician that came to my home and he was very friendly very professional and he knew his stuff he got the job done right and made everything look perfect. I would strongly recommend Aqua Temp to anyone who needs help with plumbing or electrical work for sure. These guys are great. Thank you Eric and Aqua Temp team for everything. Job way more than well done.
