He was here by 7:25ish. Very pleasant young man. Got to work with the help of our cat( he was so tolerant) identified the problem. Explained everything very well with our opinions. Went got the parts needed was very prompt in his return We had heat before noon. The technician was very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. We would use Aqua temp again and would hope to get Michael S again. The service was very prompt and I think reasonable. Thank you Micheal for giving us heat again

- JPJohn PondMar 19, 20265.0So...my furnace went out at 7:30pm last night...I started calling around and I wasnt getting good vibes until I called AquaTemp and got Tim...he assured me that we were okay tonight and he would have a Tech out first thing tomorrow morning...lo and behold Brent arrived just after 7am...Brent was AWESOME and had our furnace serviced quickly and efficiently...best service experience ever...let's say on a scale of 1-10 Brent and AquaTemp were a 10+.....thank you to Brent and Tim...great experience...
