  Every part of working with this company was excellent. Quick and clear communication, easy explanation of the radon mitigation system, and troubleshooting independently during install. Todd and team’s work was very neat, they thought of everything to make it work perfectly with the constraints of our space. Highly recommend and wish other contractors were as good as these guys!

  The service was excellent! My Radon levels were hovering around 180-270 bq/m. 24 hrs after the service they are now below 30bq/m. Very happy!

  Had our radon abated. Some unknowns with our property and if typical system would work. We went through with the communication test which was successful and then sent up the procedure. I had some questions about our crawl space before accepting quote and the owner called me to discuss to make sure I was confident. They were competent and professional to deal with throughout the entire process and our radon went from 200+ to < 50 a few days after the system was put in.

  Nice people! Great results! We called Vent Pro Mechanical after purchasing a radon measuring device. We were getting readings over 600 with the Heart and Lung standard of under 150 for homes. Todd and the rest of the staff were great! Always on time and making sure we were happy and comfortable with each step of the process. I’am happy to report that our radon level at last check was only 10. With two teenage children in the house I feel so much better and I’m finally able to safely run on my treadmill in the basement! Thanks again Todd and Vent Pro. Would not hesitate to hire again!

  if I could give 6 stars I would. We had a Radon test done a few years ago showing we had a 260 level. I procrastinated and finally decided to mitigate it this year. Our basement is somewhat unique in that it is a wood floor without a concrete pad underneath. I wasn't sure if a conventional mitigation system would work. Vent Pro did their magic and setup a system which brought our Radon down to an average of 25 (been as low as 7). Installation crew were great and the system is quiet and placed in a great spot in our basement. Should have done this year's ago. Would use Vent Pro again in a heartbeat.
