- RSRon Schick4 days ago1.0280.00 for a half hour service by tech regarding pilot light not staying on!!Told tech a person who answered phone it was gas valve which both ignored!!Tech banged on gas valve to loosen solenoid in valve and I told tech gas valve should be replaced.Tech said see how it goes a may need new furnace!!Had another company come out after five days of pilot light going out a they replaced gas valve a thermocouples a furnace works good!!Also person who answers phone became very argumentative when questioned with facts.

Our furnace was giving us grief (not quite dead) and they had it out and a new one installed in just more than 24 hours. New unit is working flawlessly. They also let us do etransfers over a couple of days rather than a credit card which was also great and helpful! They were professional and cleaned everything up. Would recommend them any time.
