They did the windows, flooring, drywall, and bathrooms and everything looks amazing. We wondered, though, if we bought the house and any issues did arise if there would be warranty on the work. So we called Curtis from A1 and he explained that they offer 2 years warranty on the renovations they do, and that the warranty does transfer to the new homeowner. This gives us confidence in moving forward with the purchase of the home, as obviously him and his company stand behind their work. Curtis was also professional and we appreciate the time he took to discuss this matter with us. We will definitely be going through A1 Contracting LTD. for any house renovations we need in the future.
