  I am writing to explain my experience with Jason B at the Case Parts Counter this morning. The service that I received was horrible. I was made feel stupid and that I was an inconvenience picking up parts at the PARTS counter. First of all, no order could be found when an order was placed. There were no follow up questions about other names it may be under, just a “nope there’s no order here”. I then called my dad and we found out it was processed in his personal name instead of the corp name it should have been ordered under. No big deal, we eventually found it. The part that really got to me was when I asked if we could confirm that the parts were correct and all here, I was told “well ya they were ordered in just for you”. And he did not double check anything. This is not my first parts run. I have been picking up parts since I was 16 and I have had countless times the wrong items were sent or ordered in for us, so it was a standard question to ask. I would also like to add that we live outside of Moose Jaw a drove in for this part, so it is not out line to double check for me. Overall, I felt like an inconvenience to be asking questions or asking him to do his job. I do not recommend dealing with him if you have the choice not to. Zero stars for service. And I hope the part is right when I get it to my dad. I am a business owner myself and if I ever treated a client or potential client the way I was treated today, I would hope they would be writing this review about me. Do better CASE Service desk.
