- LPLisa PetersonAug 9, 20252.0All I can do is tell about our experience. Our neighbors had a good experience, but we did not. We called them several times but never heard from them until our neighbors called them and said we were interested in getting a barn built. Dave called us and came out quickly, unfortunately he wouldn't be working with us because we weren't in his territory. But he said they could do the job and that Dan would be calling us. Dan called us on our landlines and didn't leave a phone number to call him back. After finally getting in touch, he talked briefly with my husband and then sent us a graphic for a barn with a very high quote. We called him and said that was way out of our price range and never mind. THEN he decided he should come out and talk to us. We wanted a barn built on a pre existing foundation. He was concerned about code. He tried to dig and see how far down it went but gave up after digging for a couple of minutes. I gave him pictures of what we wanted and he said he would get back to us. That was May. We still haven't heard from him. We called after not hearing from him for a month to see what was happening with the quote and he said he'd lost the pictures and asked us to send them to him again. We got the distinct impression he didn't want to do the job and just ghosted us. Rather disappointing. We have found another contractor and his quote is 40,000 less than this contractor.

They got them done quickly at a good price and I am very happy with the quality. Their crews were very professional and even nicknamed some of my cats.
