  I would not recommend this Glass Shop to anybody for service and/or repair. I’ve been a contractor for over 15 years in Lawrence county and I have consistently been provided poor service. Their communication skills are poor if not nonexistent. From my experience if you are not spending a significant amount of money or a partner within their network of contractors that provides them with constant repeat business you will not be provided even the basic form of service. I stopped in the office with the measurements for a custom shower door, I was looking to have ordered. I did not receive any phone calls for a period of 1 week and ultimately had to stop in at their office location to verify that an estimate was being drawn up. This was not an in-house visit for an estimate. I brought the measurements to them and simply requested a quote for materials. Having reluctantly ordered the shower door I gave them the opportunity to repair their poor business practices. Unfortunately, their communication and business practices continued to lack as I have had to call numerous times to inquire about the product I had ordered. I did not receive a single phone call regarding the status of my order, including the fact that the order did not come in on its projected arrival date. Again, as I said, if you want service from this business, you have to do the work outside of them taking your money and placing the order for materials Expect any and all inquiries regarding your business with them to be the responsibility of yourself and not the business providing the service.
