- DSDavid SmithMar 20, 20265.0I was hesitant and cautious about using this company. My typical experience has not very good after the sale has been made in situations where subcontractors are used. Two guys showed up named Dimitri and Francisco, they were in a mobile atelier equipped like proper professionals. Francisco was super kind and helpful and explained everything that was going on and Dimitri was an extremely skilled craftsman. Let me tell you that the moment I saw how this guy was taking measurements and writing things down that he was using more than just high school math. The trim that they ended up installing on the doors after the fact was significantly nicer than what was there prior. You really can tell that these guys take pride in their work and they don't hate showing up to these jobs. Basically when it comes down to is ultimately when I order more windows, and I will, I'll be asking for Dimitri and Francisco to do the job specifically.

- CTChad TelfordDec 18, 20253.0Update 1/5/26: as indicated in their response below, Jeff did reach out to me regarding my concerns. He came out to inspect the door and acknowledged the issues. He is going to make it right by replacing the door (which I greatly appreciate) so I am updating my review. I may update again once the new door is installed and operational. Horrible. I bought a sliding glass door for my house 2 years ago. Had problems with it the entire time it’s been installed. They have sent repair people out numerous times. I called and talked to the owner a few months back and he said he would come out and take a look at it himself. Ghosted me. I continue to have issues with this POS door. I’m not normally one to complain but this is awful service and an awful product.

They also took care of a coverup fromm previous siding installers that would have lead to problems. They explain the windows and how they worked and what I could do or not do and the entire time they were friendly and very social! I wouldse them time and time again!

It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
