  The people are fine the company as a whole is difficult to deal with. Took them eight years and as many phone calls to get my name right. Since 2023 their prices have increased by 400% to check your fire extinguishers. I have five my bill used to be $58 the company was bought out now my bill is closer to $300. You will only find out about increases in prices after the inspections already done. This is the lowest rating I've given any business other than Walmart and McDonald's

  Was disappointed in the experience. Made the appointment for them to service the auto suppression system on the Auto Fryer and asked for a ballpark quote, was told 105.00 plus a small delivery charge for gas. I asked how much the fee generally is and was told it varies. Booked them. The first appointment was cancelled because their truck broke down (could happen to anyone, under stable), so it was rescheduled for later. After they came they mailed a billed for roughly $250; $110 for appointment, $50 for gas, and the remainder for misc caps and seals. I got irritated by a $250 bill after a ballpark $105 quote. (238% more) so I paid the bill and attached a note letting them know of my dissatisfaction. In fairness to them, They did call to discuss it; unfortunately they just chalked up that the original 105 quote should have been $110 (said it’s just 5 dollars so “only a couple buck misquote, but prices recently went up”) and said the rest varies place by place so they couldn’t quote it - at the end of the day it’s not gonna make or break the bank, I just like to know upfront - companies that don’t accurately quote generally give me a “salesman/nickel&dime” feel, and that not who I want working on my equipment. I prefer ones that are upfront. If I have a choice, won’t be using again.
