I was charged $143 for a simple antenna adjustment that took approximately five minutes to complete. Given the minimal time and work involved, the charge felt excessive. Additionally, there was no disclosure at the time of scheduling regarding any minimum service charge or one-hour requirement, which was disappointing.

The install team did a super job, cleaned up well and were very polite and helpful. Their work will make me a loyal customer of PS in the future.
