The employee had to go home and pick the ladder up. We had to wait for them. WE NOW HAVE to pay for the down time per hour of the installers that were waiting on site for the ladders. Not a great experience at all.
- FLFIVE:thirty LLCJul 22, 20161.0Not happy at all with United. We reserved a floor sander for July 22nd and they "gave it away" to someone else. We reserved the unit 2 and a half weeks in advance, and planned our whole home project around that date, just to have them tell us they "didn't know" where it was, and that we could "come back next weekend" to pick it up. We rented from Knechts Home Center instead, and they were cheaper anyways. Definitely think twice before using United.
