  Our sales man was knowledgeable and helped us get our carpet ordered and installer scheduled. That part was great. The unfortunate part is that the installers that were "the best" (according to salesman) showed up late, spent almost the entire day there (3 of them), still didnt get it done so had to come back the next day. 900sqft and it took 1.5 days to do. Previous carpet and padding was already out so the floor was ready for them. Only one showed up the next day. Took him half the day. I have visible seams in my brand new carpet, they had some purple stain on my brand new carpet that they left there, and there is carpet glue stuck to my carpet. They left their carpet glue container on my bathroom sink and didnt clean up their trimmings or any of the mess. I am extremely disappointed with the install and the fact that I paid almost $5k on carpet and install to have it look like I installed it myself with youtube videos. We used freeds previously and the guy they sent that time did an amazing job. He had an entire 1500 sqft house completed by himself in one day.

  Ben was always there and greeted us with a smile every time. He was patient, shared his advice and knowledge. If we ever seemed stuck he would help us in the right direction. He would let us take home samples so we could find the perfect floors for us and our home.Thank you for all of your patience and kindness.
