Since that meant that it would be after 5:00 PM, I awaited a call shortly after 5. When I had not heard from anyone by 5:45PM, I decided to call again. An answering service relayed our situation to the after hours crew and when Pete called back, he said he had not heard about this call until the answering service called him. That meant that the original call must not have been passed along which required me to do a follow up call nearly an hour later than when I expected to receive a call. Pete did arrive a little after 6:30 and did a great job and opened the line, so the hour plus delay was probably worth it. If the technician would have been alerted earlier, I would have given a five star review.
