We have lived there for over 2 years and we still have to call and ask them to come fix. Usually it takes about 2 weeks to get the initial installer to come fix. Send numerous messages to the owner and he never gets back to me. Will never use this company again for flooring.

My spouse was told they could order the flooring, have it shipped there, and it would arrive in a week or two. He just had to come in for them to order it. We don't live in Rapid City. My spouse had one day off and rushed over to order the flooring! We arrived and told they can't order our flooring. 😡 Such a waste of time & gas! A no, sorry, we can't get your flooring in would of been nicer than making us drive over for no reason!
