- ESEileen SenstOct 21, 20254.0Having a designer and someone looking over our project was great. We were gone during the construction and needed to know the project would go as planned. We hired nearly all of our own subs but they do have contractors available to work with. We had worked with all of our subs before so felt comfortable with them. We worked to stay within a specified budget but in the end it ended up over budget but turned out beautiful. There was a problem with the kitchen sink and the quartz countertop but Jill worked to rectify it the best they could with taking out the countertop. The cabinets are of good quality and we are very happy with them. Besides the kitchen we also remodeled the main bathroom. The bathroom turned out great and we appreciate the assistance we received picking out the tile, cabinets, sink and faucets. Opening up our kitchen into the family room we updated the fireplace as well. Jill helped pick out a tile that we absolutely love. IDC provided the tile installation which turned out great after a couple minor adjustments. A good company to work with. They have several lines of cabinets and can fit into different budgets.
