  Worked with Justin on the requirements and the quote for a 26KW GENERAC. Lead time for installation was great, price was more reasonable than other suppliers, and the installed was completed timely, including inspection and testing. Installation techs were professional, and efficient. Misty the office manager was very responsive and timely in all communications. Overall , good experience and glad I used CES for this project.

  The level of professionalism from the sales man Mr. Comfort, to the response from Misti in the office and to being on time… I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Then the crew, especially if your home, they will do their own thing but update you throughout the process. Dave and Juan were awesome and fast and most importantly, cleaned up after the job was complete. They even lite you hot water heater.

  Nathan, Sergio, Gustav did an excellent job on the install. Walked me through the setup, the run, and explained how to run in Auto/Manual modes, as well as how to shut it down. I recommend Central Electrical Services if you are looking for "turnkey" installation of a home generator.

  On January 8, 2026, I contacted Central Electrical Service to request a quote for installing a backup home generator. Misty took my call and assured me someone would be in touch shortly to schedule an on-site review. Parker contacted me soon after, and I explained my concern about my senior mother being without power during an outage. He understood the urgency and provided a complete proposal the very next day. I had a few follow-up questions and reached out to Parker around 8:00 p.m. that same evening—he was responsive and helpful. Just days later, on January 12, 2026, Parker and his team installed our Generac generator. Thank God for their swift response and professional installation, because we lost utility power for eight hours on January 20, 2026, and the generator worked flawlessly. We give Central Electrical Service Five Stars Plus for an outstanding job well done.

  CES is an amazing company! When I called for an estimate, they came out the same day for a sales call, answered all my questions, and professionally installed my new generator one week later. They showed up on time, did the most amazing/ neatest work I have ever seen, and answered all my questions. Afterwards they went over everything and demonstrated the generator in full. The employees were the most polite ever and went above and beyond to make me happy. Best company I have ever worked with. #1 contractor in my opinion. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CES, LLC
