  the generator has operated twice since its been installed a year ago, but they still came out and provided the annual operational check, changed the filters, oil, etc. The tech was very polite and went right to work. it took approximately 30 minutes. i do recommend that you purchase the maintenance contract with the generac when it is installed. its a plus the unit does a self check out once a week and reports anything that's wrong so it can be fixed.

  Dave, William and Pablo did a great job today installing the Generac generator. They were very professional, respectful of property and efficient. Dave took the time to explain various tips about the equipment. Well done guys.

  CES did a great job installing our new Generac generator. They were prompt, polite and efficient. They have been quick to respond to any questions that we might have. Justin and Parker were great to work with. Would highly recommend .

  Had a good experience, happy with the service everything was explained about cleaning the batteries, changing the oil etc. the tech found a problem with the starter, I talked with the owner of Central, and he will have another tech with more experience come out and install a new starter. As the tech didn't have a starter or the experience to install it yet( he is still in training) I happy that he is showing the care of customers first instead of looking at dollar signs and want an experienced to do the job

  CES is great people to deal with all the way back to the phone call i made 5 years ago and do it again they care about the customer and the service is great.
