    Mr. sparky did a great job of hardwiring my hottub. All 3 techs (Joe, Jamal and Billy) were very nice polite and professional and willing to answer all my questions. They were all very helpful. They were great and would def recommend

    At first, I could not believe Joe was going to come that same evening that I called!! He looked at the job explained in laymen terms so I could understand (😊), and went to work that evening...SUCCESS! I would recommend Joe highly-qualified for the work and great customer service.

    We had an electrical issue on a Saturday evening, and Jamal from Mister Sparky came out after hours to help us. The company sent a text beforehand with his picture and information, which I really appreciated for safety and peace of mind. Jamal quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly. He even followed up afterward to check that we weren’t having any additional issues. Excellent service all around. I highly recommend Mister Sparky!

    I will be honest and tell you that I was going to spend a ton of time sending bad reviews. I had a set appointment for 1-4 o'clock to add a switch and 2 lights to a closet. At 3:25 P.M. I called after not hearing from the technician that anyone would be on the way. I took a half day of vacation to get this work done so sitting around the house waiting for nothing was not what I expected for a day off to begin with. When I finally got an answer, the electrician was going to be late and maybe even several hours late and that set me off. Could no one have contacted me to let me know in advance? Could they have not sent another service technician to start the process or begin the work? Simple communication would have been so helpful here. After talking to a couple of the office staff and telling them to cancel the service call, that I would look elsewhere for service, I received a call from Joseph the supervisor and or manager who was very apologetic and listened to my complaints and then offered to do the work for free. I was hesitant but needed the work done so I agreed. About an hour later Anthony a relatively newer electrician showed up and was very friendly and prepared. Despite him being a Steelers fan, he got the job done and we had some good conversation along the way. I pitched in where I could and understood that this was not his fault and things happen. He finished up the work and afterwards we contacted the supervisor and I agreed to pay this bill with a bit of a discount for my inconvenience. I was not looking for free. I had the lights already purchased and just needed the switch the box and the wires with the labor. They were willing to do the work for free and did not know that I had already picked up some of the materials. This could have been a very expensive loss to them had I not had the lights but they were still willing to stand behind their word. That is why I agreed to pay for what I felt was fair. Because they were a committed customer service stand behind your word company that I would recommend going forward to those looking for electrical needs. Thank you Anthony , employee of the month in my eyes. His attitude, tone, people skills and ability certainly steered me towards civility and understanding.
