  We hired this company a little over a year ago to install 3 new toilets at about $500 plus each. At the time, I assumed that price included a proper, full installation with new hardware. Recently, we removed one of the toilets to install new flooring and discovered that NONE of the hardware had been replaced. The plumber reused the old closet bolts, washers, and mounting hardware instead of installing new parts. As a result, everything underneath was completely rusted and seized after just a year. A proper toilet installation should include new bolts, a new wax ring, and new hardware. That was not done. It appears the plumber simply removed the old toilet and set the new one on top of the existing, worn-out materials. For the amount we paid, this was extremely poor workmanship and unprofessional. If we hadn’t removed the toilet for renovations, we never would have known corners were cut like this. Since it’s been over a year, I don’t expect the company to correct it, but I want others to be aware of the quality of work they may receive. I would not recommend this company for plumbing installations.

  Louis was fantastic from start to finish. He showed up on time, was courteous and polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained the issue in simple terms, fixed it quickly, and left everything neat and tidy. It’s rare to find someone this professional and easy to work with. I’d gladly call Louis again for any plumbing needs.

  Had emergency on Saturday afternoon. Needed to have an outside spigot repaired that I hit with a lawnmower handle. Called another service in town, couldn’t guarantee getting to me that day. I had the water shut off to my entire house. Called Love, and they had someone out within a hour. Hayden was very professional, made a quick assessment, and had me fixed in under an hour. So glad I call them!!
