- DDDarya DOct 22, 20255.0Ace and Dwayne were great. You can tell they love their jobs. Our downstairs toilet started gurgling if too much water was being drained in the house (for example if the bathtub was draining and another shower was on). Our septic had a deck built over it in shortly after the house was built in 04. And when we bought our home in 21 we asked the realtor to make sure they cleaned out the septic as part of the inspections. We were told they did it and only a month ago found out it was never done which makes sense cause you’d have to remove the deck boards and dig and there was no evidence of that. They cleaned out 20 years worth of compacted sewage and installed a riser so we can access the septic in the future. They also explained everything to me and gave me tips for what to do and not to do to have a happy septic system. Really happy with their work. It cost about $500 to clean the tank and another $500 to install a commercial grade riser. Home Depot sells just the riser alone of similar quality for $500. We will definitely will be using them once we need our septic drainage field changed (which will likely be soon).

Degler techs came out and found the tank out in the yard. They pumped it out and installed a riser for future access. I was totally impressed with Ace and Dwayne who found the tank and installed the riser with cover. Thank you guys and Ron, the owner for a job well done 👏
