- SCSimeon CrassSep 25, 20255.0Unbelievable company. We had a complex issue with our AC unit and dealt with two other companies that couldn't figure out what was wrong while charging us for fixes that didn't work. Finally, I called Quality based on a recommendation. Quality's owner came out personally and inspected our unit to ensure we weren't charged for another unnecessary repair. Turns out, we needed a new unit. We got a GREAT price on our unit (maybe they felt bad for us), and it was installed that week. The install guys were great! Three weeks later, the unit wouldn't turn on. That same day, the owner came out and looked at it himself to find a frog had crawled inside the electrical control area (obviously not the fault of the install or manufacturer). I'm unbelievably thankful for the way Quality treated my family. I wouldn't work with anyone else.
