He located our transformer (with no help from me!) and gave a clear explanation of what needed to be done. I received a detailed, written estimate the next day. Chasen was professional and efficient. I deal regularly with several companies for a variety of needs to service our home and yard. I was looking specifically for electrical work and found Viper Services less than a mile from our home. If Chasen is representative of Viper's work, I've found the folks to call when I need an electrician.

I even had him quote me a plug install for a generator and changing out our dryer receptacle which he had no issues with doing. - BCBill Chick5 days ago5.0Axel Vickery came out to give us an estimate on converting our wood fireplace to gas. He was very professional and listened carefully to what we wanted. Which included concerns about placing some sort of cap on our chimney to prevent squirrels from falling in. They usually are not able to climb back out. Axel crawled into our tight crawl space, determined what need to be done, and then after running the numbers gave us an excellent explanation of the steps needed and the cost involved. We were thoroughly impressed with his professionalism. We are in process for trying to find someone who can cap the chimney and can make a decision on the work when that is settled.
- MWMike WalkerDec 16, 20255.0I’m replacing an existing furnace out of necessity and learned of Viper Services-HVAC through a referral I received from Duke Progress Power. I made an appointment for a no cost site visit and Tony Blackwell, Viper’s HVAC Service Mgr showed up today within the window for the appointment. He contacted me well before arrival to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived I explained what I wanted to achieve with the replacement system and he understood and asked relevant questions and provided good information about the how such a system might work with my existing equipment. He demonstrated good depth of knowledge about current technology. He walked around the area to be heated by the replacement system and looked over the exterior equipment to be replaced. I’m awaiting an initial proposal which I expect to receive tomorrow. While we’re early in the process I believe his experience will be an asset to me moving forward toward a new replacement heating system.
