  Highly recommend! Came out and offered a very respectable price and was very willing to discuss his thoughts and views on what I was dealing with, without being forceful in his communication. I definitely feel like I received quality service and result for the price he gave. I definitely appreciate him and his team for a job well done. It's hard to find quality people doing quality work these days that will show up when they say they will, but will also communicate to you when things come up. Now I will say this, I did have an issue in the beginning, we did not start off on the right foot (not totally their fault either), but the fact that Ames came back to my house and waited on me to get home to discuss the problem and walk through everything impressed me. He didn't shrug me off, he acknowledged what I was saying and my thoughts, talking through it and we came out with a great understanding (on both sides) of how to move forward. The fact that he came out and discussed the problem, I was impressed. My view on Ames and his team on definitely on a high note and I will be a return customer for future needs. HANDS DOWN PROFESSIONAL and WILL RECOMMEND!!!!!

  Mistakes were made on our project that had to be corrected. To start with they were installing black screen doors on a patio that was supposed to be all white. The communication regarding what we expected and what we received was obviously not clear, regarding the design of our screened in patio and the type of rock we received. I will take full responsibility for this mistake, because the level of stress in my life at the time prevented me from thoroughly reading the contract and making sure every detail was correct to what I wanted. The biggest issue is that if we did not have cameras on our house watching the progress of the project there would have been bigger mistakes made when putting up our fence around our pool especially. Our upper fence above our pool was to have the grass removed and rocks placed under the fence. The installer very unprofessionally installed the fence before removing the grass. This made it more difficult to clear the grass out by the roots and the installers did a poor job which had to be corrected. When you’re paying over 30K for a project and someone states that they are a professional licensed insured company, I feel you should not have to worry about any details or mistakes being made. Ames had to come out multiple times due to torn screens that needed to be replaced from poor installation and to inspect other areas that were not properly done, that needed to be redone. The quality of the screen installation altogether was poor and corrections had to be made more than once before we were satisfied. In the end, Ames did continue to make corrections until we were completely satisfied. The reason I would not refer your company, is because of all the corrections that had to be made and the stress it caused me to get this job done correctly. I believe Ames has integrity, but he needs to find better employees that care about the quality of work they do. He needs to hire employees with the same integrity that he seems to have. Lastly, I will say that the extended decking that they added over our screened in porch below and the under decking they added to waterproof it was done very well and needed no corrections.

  Previous rating of 1 becaused I Booked a screened in porch job a month in advance. No show, no call. Rescheduled twice more. No show no call both times. Spent three days waiting on this, a job I had planned on being completed before my furniture arrived at my new house today. What a total disappointment. UPDATE: We were contacted by the owner 'Ames' who explained that his sub (who had previously been very reliable) had let him down in this instance. He apologized and offered to personally come over and do the job. He did so and is currently working on completing the project. We understand that problems can occur in any business, but it is how the business recovers that makes the difference. In this instance the recovery was great so we are changing our review from 1 to 5. YES, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!@
