  Jon diagnosed a HVAC drain issue and repaired our A/C on Sunday morning. Ali gave us an estimate on new drain line and WiFi thermostat. Great job Jon!! Thanks again!

  Service works did excellent work. We called Saturday April 4th the day before Easter, at about 6:30PM, that we were having issues with our hot water heater. I had attempted to turn the thermostat down to reduce the temp but the dial stuck in the pilot position and would not move. ( apparently a safety lockout feature when hot water heaters start getting too hot.) A Tech from Service works, Jack Foley arrived Saturday about 7:00PM, the night before Easter Sunday to asses the problem. Jack did determine that our thermostat was bad and needed to be replaced and he gave us an estimate on the spot to replace the thermostat. Jack also recommended that due to age of the hot water heater we might want to consider replacing it at this time - no pressure just a friendly suggestion - which I really appreciated. I contacted the office and requested a quote for a replacement hot water heater. The office staff was very friendly and prompt in getting back to me with a quote and also with ETA when they could return. I decided to move forward with replacing the entire hot water heater ( with new thermostat) - which was installed Monday after Easter. ServiceWorks sent two techs to do the install - Jack and Andrew arrived about 2:00PM - they were both very friendly, and courteous and provided informative status updates as they did the work, as to how long we would be without water and how long before the water was hot. Their work was excellent and prompt, and they finished and cleaned up by about 5:00PM. Very impressed with the company, all of their staff and their services. Glad we had the pleasure of working with Service Works and look forward to calling them in the future for any plumbing and or AC & Heating related work as their company specializes in both plumbing and AC & Heating
