  I had routine HVAC maintenance performed today by Caleb from Carolina Cool and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Caleb arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and very friendly. He took the time to thoroughly inspect and service the system and made sure everything was running properly before finishing up. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and provides great customer service. Carolina Cool continues to deliver reliable HVAC service, and I highly recommend Caleb and their team.

  Wadel was awesome!! He answered all my questions and concerns and did a superb job in maintaining my unit.He checked the attic and made adjustments and replaced a small part covered under warranty.It was my first time dealing with Carolina Cool and was quite pleased with the outcome.They even called and said they were going to be a few minutes late which is rare in my experience.

  Technicians are always great! However, the answering service is awful!!! Spent 20 minutes with girl who couldn't grasp what needed to be done. Very disappointed with the change. Always looked forward to the cheerful local receptionist. Also, the billing to email doesn't work. For one, if check my email only once a week. Further, thenew system doesn't allow for multiple payments. I have a bi-yearly contract for plumbing and HVAC. I paid one, but your system wouldn't accept the 2nd one. When I called i was told since the amount ta were the same the system thought the 2nd had been paid. Her solution was to inconvenience me to pay the following day or to call in to pay in the future. That defeats sending by email. Your system should recognize invoice numbers to allow multiple payments. If I were a fairly new customer I would switch to another company that supports local business. Housing the calls to a call center in Charlotte is very disappointing. Not a happy customer.

  We had our scheduled HVAC maintenance completed today by Shane W. from Carolina Cool and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. This technician was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He identified that our drainage lines were not functioning efficiently and took the time to replace them to ensure everything was working properly. Shane patiently explained every question we had and even shared additional tips to help our system run more efficiently moving forward. The work area was kept clean, and the inspection was extremely detailed, which gave us a lot of confidence in the condition of our system. This company has always been great to work with—reliable, on time, and reasonably priced. It’s refreshing to receive such honest, high-quality service. Highly recommend!

  We have a maintenance contract with Carolina Cool for our house and our daughter’s condo. It was time for biannual maintenance so we set up a time last week for today. The technician called 10-15 mins out. Shortly after, my daughter called to say maintenance was there!! Funny story, they went to her house instead of ours!! No address had been specified and my name is on both contracts. After a nice laugh at the mixup, the technician finished at my daughter’s and came over to do ours. So we got both maintenances done in one day. The technician was prompt, fast, and professional. No notes.
