We apparently went through the "junior" technician, the "regular" technician and, then, the "senior techniciain. Today, the HVAC refused to work again...and they can't get here until tomorrow. I know it's cold and they are probably short staffed -- but Geewhiz, I have a maintenance contract. What am I paying for?

Problem needed a small adjustment and if I discover that over time it’s not effective, he explained what my other options are. Always had a good experience with Carolina Cool!
