  Had 2 ton split heat pump installed in a condo. It was a tight space but Chase and James did a great job. Outside unit was seated on large pad putting others to shame. They installed a smart thermostat and showed me how to access remotely through my iPhone. Shout out also to Zac and Connor for the water heater install.

  Courtney was my technician. She did an amazing job servicing my HVAC unit. She took her time and explained in detail any flaws or problems that may occur later on with the unit. She even had photos of my unit. I never experienced a technician following up with proof or photos that helps the customer know how the system is operating and the condition it is in. I think Courtney is an excellent asset to your company. Thanks again Courtney!

  I was in a bind, panicking when my system wasn't functioning properly. Needless to say they found it had a leak and barely any freon left at the worst time of yr. I was Quoted a ridiculous amount by another company who came out and didn't even take anything apart and basically tried to sale me packages saying I'd get all these deals! After hearing the price I panicked and had no idea how I could possibly make that happen with the income I make and kids to take care of. I had Carolina Cool come out for a second look and the guy was absolutely wonderful very thorough. Took things apart and spent time really making sure he diagnosed everything right. Just being around him brought me a peace after feeling so overwhelmed from the quote from the day before and I knew these were the people I needed to trust. Holding my breath when they gave me a price because of my prior one, they told me how much it would be and I couldn't believe it. It was almost a 1/3 of the cost. I thanked them and when I hung up I cried because I felt blessed! Thank u Carolina Cool from the bottom of my heart. I know who I will be sticking with from now on for any future needs!

  I was looking into new HVAC system. I wanted a company that was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest, and sold a good product. I found that with Carolina Cool. They diagnosed my current problem and situation. Told me honestly what could be done immediately to improve the performance and made the necessary adjustment. They advised as to what system I should replace it with when the times comes, and made sure every question I had was answered. I was so impressed with both sales person Tim and tech Danny that I immediately switched my business from my current service provider to Carolina Cool. I feel they had my back and was a very trustworthy company. I would highly recommend

  Top notch service from start to finish. Geoff was great and took the time to go over pros and cons. He was not pushy at all. Very professional. A few days later I asked him to provide another quote with some additions. He responded very quickly and we started the process. I was called shortly after and was told we could schedule for the next morning and that it would take 2 days to complete. Louis and Dylan showed up the next morning on time. They were very professional and seemed very proficient and knowledgeable in the work they do. They were always willing to explain things to me. Im not usually one for using contractors but the women and men at Carolina Cool have been a joy to work with.
