  Service was performed and technician was knowledgeable. Unfortunately this year I received and paid for my annual service contract but no one ever called to set up the service. A month after making payment I called and asked when the work would be done and it was immediately scheduled. Once a server contract has been paid for the provider should be calling to schedule service in a timely manner, unfortunately it did not happen this time.

  During our scheduled spring/summer maintenance Tech Shane Wolfe found an issue with the blower fan motor (bearings) and suggested that we replace the motor and the control module in order to maintain reliability since the hot summer weather was approaching. Shane and I discussed the issue and price and I agreed to go ahead with the replacement. I asked him if he could complete the job by end of the next day since I would be traveling the day after and didn't want leave without a working unit. Shane then researched the availability of a new motor and was able to locate one in stock at a supplier about 45 minutes away. Shane contacted his office and made arrangements to have the motor picked up and had the replacement scheduled for the next day. Shane notified us when he would be arriving and got right to work making the repairs. He then completed the items on the original service call and made sure everything was working as it should. Throughout this entire time Shane was very professional, explained the issue and the processes needed to make the repair and made sure it could be completed in the time needed. I will recommend Shane and Carolina Cool to anyone I know needing HVAC service or repairs. PS: The cost was very reasonable !

  Had another successful servicing today with Carolina Cool. I have maintained an annual service contract with them for 5 years now and it really gives me peace of mind knowing that twice yearly the system is throughly checked out. The service techs are always great about calling ahead and confirming arrival time. I have had several different techs but they all have been professional and know what they are doing. The company seems to have a great overall culture.

  HVAC maintenance performed by Courtney. Excellent experience. Courtney was extremely thorough. She delivered the news that our system was starting to age and showing signs of future replacement. We truly appreciate this as it allows us to shop and make an educated decision rather than reacting to a broken system. Courtney provided pictures and explained the present condition of our system in great detail.

  I called to ask for an evaluation of our HVAC . They had a 59 dollar system evaluation advertised. The person I reached said she would schedule the 159 dollar service including a 28 point system check. I explained that I wanted just the sale service because I just wanted the technician to verify the system is working well now. She took some convincing but did schedule a visit the same day. The technician Allan called to let us know he was on route, he was polite and he measured the temperature of the air coming out of the registers in both heating and cooling mode. He confirmed that the system is working and let us know the details of it. He sent a report soon after leaving.
