She claimed they called but was unable to reach me. Then emails me with the wrong contact information. It's funny how they collect your information to create the account and can contact you if you get disconnected or get a quote, but when time to deliver they have the wrong number. Don't waste your time or money with their poor service. Go to sunbelt or use a local small company.

I spent three days trying to rent a piece of equipment and ended up using a different company in the end. Their policies and process are ridiculous to say the least and are not friendly to small businesses. I rent at least $2,500 worth of equipment per month and I've never had the issues that I had with this place.
