Our only contact with Stanley Martin Homes thus far has been with Senior Neighborhood Sales Manager Cara Robeson. She has just been outstanding. Personable, knowledgeable, detailed, constantly available even on her scheduled days off. Very customer service oriented. We look forward to going through the remainder of the home buying process, but Ms. Robeson has started the process on a very high note.

From Laura giving me a tour of model home and being knowledgeable about each home offered and which would probably fit best for me, to Anastasia (one of their preferred lenders) walking me through such a complex process but having the patience to answering all my questions. Laura also took her time during our virtual meeting going over documents and being well versed in the policy and procedures for everything that needed to happen moving forward.
