  My wife and I learned of the community of Watson Hill during our exhaustive search of finding a home in the area. We were greeted by Mackenzie Pillion at the Model Home. Mackenzie took us through a tour of the home as well as taking us out to look at lots throughout the community. She was so knowledgeable and professional, answered ALL of our questions with a smile on her face and never rushed us. It was such a pleasure meeting her and made us feel very comfortable in the first step of the new home buying process !

  It’s a great community with really good people, and that’s about where it stops. The homes are terribly built in almost every phase of construction, with most contractors doing poor-quality work. They also failed to disclose that there is an entire renter section that regularly disrupts homeowner amenities, especially the pool. So far, my experience with Ashton Woods employees—from the sales staff to the build managers—has been disappointing. I would strongly recommend considering a reputable local builder before choosing Ashton Woods.

  The experience of buying this house was nothing short of AMAZING. From beginning to end. Jake is a man of integrity. He delivered on everything we spoke about. Dealing with Jake and Macenzie was an absolute pleasure. Tim, Ian and everyone associated with this process were extremely helpful and professional. Thank you everyone for delivering a magnificent home.

  The young lady on staff that conducted the tour for me was AMAZING !!! I felt quite comfortable the moment I walked through the door !!! Knowledgeable and Professional, the qualities of a great realtor.

  My wife and I choose the community because of the location between Summerville and West Ashley pretty much in the middle of everything 20 minutes from downtown. The community is beautiful with so many modern upscale designs. Makenzie Pillion at the model home sales office is the best :-)
