Took 2 days, 4 forms, and numerous emails and texts trying to open a charge account, only to be told that my "account" would be C.O.D. Called Xylem at 2pm, approved for a charge account and a pump at my property by 5pm. Would not recommend using Thompson Pump for rentals, I can't speak on their product as I was never even allowed to test one out or even see a pump at their facility.
