  They made it easy. We picked carpet out with their help...and they arranged the install. very happy with result. as with any new carpet you will have to vacum a few times it took a few days for new carpet smell to die down...but that is all part of it. Very happy with the service and end result.

  In December 2024, they replaced the old carpeting throughout the Summerville Museum with new, vibrant flooring, and it is beautiful, alive, and wonderful now. Everyone raves and tells us what a true difference it has made. It's such a joy to visit now. They did amazing work. Drew and his crew were great, as were the installers. Thank you again!

  I can't say enough good things about the experience we had with the Carpet Shop recarpeting our upstairs. They did our downstairs last year in a variety of flooring types with which we were pleased but we had to wait on the upstairs and stairwell for a while. They held on to our measurements and carpet choices and were ready to go when we we were. From Drew locating the previous measurements and choices to Kathy going above and beyond to schedule around the difficulties that TS Debby through at all of us recently, the job was wonderful. Perhaps the best part was Roy and his installation crew who were some of the most polite, professional and hard working gentlemen I have seen in quite a while. When these guys were done not only was the new carpet installed perfectly and looked GREAT, but all the furniture was back in place perfectly and the place was cleaner than they found it! I fully believe in supporting local business and for flooring needs in our area the Carpet Shop can't be beat!
