  We called Palm and Pineapple after we discovered a leak in our master bathroom after a few days of heavy, nonstop rainfall. Richard promptly came out and took a look for us and discovered that one of the boots on the roof was failing and had caused a hole in the attic space which was causing the rainwater to leak down onto the insulation and onto the master bath ceiling. He flew a drone up to check out the existing boots as well as the roofing in general and determined that was the only thing we needed. He didn’t try to upsell us, as so many other roofing companies tend to do. He sent us over a very reasonable quote and we hired him for the job. Two men came out and did the repairs for us. They were very respectful of our property and left no mess behind. We are very pleased and most definitely will be using this company again in the future for our roofing and repair needs.

  I just wanna give the biggest thank you to Palm and pineapple roofing for coming the same day to fix a panel that came off may porch. They didnt charge me to fix the panel that came nor did they accept a tip I was willing to give them for coming out. That goes a long way for me that they are in the business because they care for a home that is not theirs. They truely care for the homeowners and I will do further business with them.they are as honest as they come. Thank you for the caring experience.

  Mr. McKenzie and his team at Palm and Pineapple did a fantastic job replacing my old roof. They were very professional, courteous and did an excellent job and his office staff is top notch as well - I would definitely recommend without hesitation. Thank you again for a job well done!

  Ricky and his crew really raise the roof when it comes to great service! They got us scheduled in no time, and even when the weather tried to rain on our plans, they quickly nailed down a new date without missing a beat. Ricky is super friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knows his shingles from his shakes. The office team deserves a big shoutout too! Kind, organized and seem to keep everything running smooth as a roofline. It’s safe to say this whole team at Palm and Pineapple has us covered for any future roofing needs. HIGHLY recommend, these folks are solid from the ground up!

  I want to thank Palm & Pineapple Roofing for the tremendous job they did installing our new gutters. Ricky and his crew were excellent and extremely detailed at the task on hand. Since moving to Johns Island, a little over a year ago, we have had a lot of contractors come and go throughout the house. It’s definitely unanimous that Palm & Pineapple Roofing was without a doubt our best experience when dealing with companies working on our house. Their service, quality of work, ethics is 5 star all the way.
