Ricky was professional, knowledgeable about the product and friendly. He answered questions honestly, provided much information, but was never pushy. He was also flexible in regard to scheduling. The team that performed the work was also professional, prompt and took pains to protect the areas around the house, covering shrubs and picking up debris after each day’s work. Overall, we are highly satisfied with the company and would definitely recommend Palm And Pineapple to others.

- IFItalia Fam5Nov 22, 20255.0We called Palm and Pineapple after we discovered a leak in our master bathroom after a few days of heavy, nonstop rainfall. Richard promptly came out and took a look for us and discovered that one of the boots on the roof was failing and had caused a hole in the attic space which was causing the rainwater to leak down onto the insulation and onto the master bath ceiling. He flew a drone up to check out the existing boots as well as the roofing in general and determined that was the only thing we needed. He didn’t try to upsell us, as so many other roofing companies tend to do. He sent us over a very reasonable quote and we hired him for the job. Two men came out and did the repairs for us. They were very respectful of our property and left no mess behind. We are very pleased and most definitely will be using this company again in the future for our roofing and repair needs.
