  They were so willing to work me in for a hole in my roof. Unfortunately someone else was able to come same day. But I was so appreciative of the staff, the gentleman that was going to come out. Hoping not to need anything else for my roof but will keep them in mind if it is needed.

  Ricky from Palm & Pineapple came immediately for a water stain appearing in my home. Ricky was on time for the appointment. And such a nice guy. He inspected the roof and attic & found the issue. He could have told me I needed an entirely new roof or extensive repair., and charged me tens of thousands. I told him Immediately when he arrived that I had no info on how long we have had our current roof. Even with this information, he did not take advantage. He fixed the issue on the spot for me. free of charge! He said he couldn’t accept money being it only took him a few seconds to fix it. Even though he was there for at least 45 mins-1 hour inspecting. Trust is the most important aspect of any business relationship in my opinion. I know nothing about a roof. So I need someone I can trust to not take advantage of me. And to always do the right thing. After today’s appointment I can rest easy knowing that anything roof related I know exactly who to call. Palm & Pineapple will have my business for life!!!!

The crew showed up on time, kept everything clean, and the roof came out perfect. Pricing was fair, communication was clear, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.   We’ve had our entire roof replaced, brand-new gutters installed, and even our doors replaced by Ricky and his crew, and every single experience has been outstanding!! They are truly the definition of professionalism. Scheduling was incredibly smooth, and before our roof was replaced we loved receiving a detailed email ahead of time explaining exactly what to expect on installation day and how to prepare. The entire process was easy and organized! If you need any type of roofing work or any other work, this is absolutely the company to call!
