  Michael was very nice and thorough with his service. He explained what he was doing and because we have the service plan what he did fell under those guidelines and we didn’t pay a service fee. He did a reset on the system and it worked as expected. Very pleased with Oceanview service and he arrived 2 hours earlier than scheduled!

  After 19 years it was time to replace our aging HVAC system. By recommendation we selected Oceanview Heating and Air. Our experience was outstanding from the beginning when their technician arrived to inspect our existing system to their sales rep who was extremely knowledgeable about which new system fit our requirements to their onsite installers who made sure the new HVAC system was installed properly without damaging our home during removal of old components and installation of the new system. Everyone at Oceanview Heating and Air were extremely kind and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family for their HVAC systems. Truly a Five ⭐️ company.

  This past week we had our first experience with Oceanview Heating and Air, and we have found our new service provider! We woke to realize that our (13 year old) heat pump had quit and called around 9:00 am. Emiliano arrived by 10:50- 10 minutes before the 11-12:00 window we were given. Before he arrived, we had received text communication, telling us who was coming, and when. He found the problem quickly and worked to isolate the cause, in hopes that the problem had a remedy other than complete replacement. When it became clear that the only solution was to replace the whole system, he and the office arranged to get Joey out that day to help us make a plan. Installation is scheduled for this coming week. Nothing like this is cheap, but we feel we got a fair deal and look forward to continuing to work with the Oceanview team in the years to come! UPDATE- Selvin and Gabriel installed our new unit this week. They were polite, efficient and focused. They worked all day into the (early!) dark of the evening to get us up and running- and this new system is amazing! We are so happy. Thanks, Oceanview team!

  We interviewed seven companies before deciding on Oceanview to replace the HVAC unit in our home. We’re extremely happy that we chose Oceanview. They presented a range of options that suited our needs and budget, they offer the best warranties out of all 7 companies I interviewed, and were extremely willing to work with us on minor install details. They didn’t use any hard sales tactics that other companies tend to use either. Very down to earth. They’re a local firm that seems to hire trustworthy people and our new unit is working perfectly.

  I have been very impressed with everyone we have worked with at Oceanview! Emiliano our tech is awesome! He is professional, courteous, respectful and efficient. He took time to educate us on our system made some recommendations that will help our machine run more efficiently. He provided the quote verbally and sent the quote electronically and allowed us the time and space to make the decision on our own terms. There was no high pressure scare tactic just the professional recommendation. He and the Oceanview team genuinely provided us with exceptional service.
