  We had windows shipped to us as warranty replacements. Just 4 panes of glass and 3 sashes. We asked for quotes from 3 places. Not only did A Morgan have the most competitive quote but they kept it simple. The cost was to install the panes - sashes take a couple minutes. We agreed to the quote and they scheduled us for the next business day. The team showed up, completed the work within a couple hours and took the old windows with them. Fast, efficient, reasonably priced, and quality communication and customer service. We highly recommend and would have them out again for any additional work when we need them. Thank you A Morgan!

  We had our shower glass covering installed by A Morgan Glass in 2021. Unfortunately, it appears that the service technician did not adequately cover the bottom and side of the shower door. As a result, we have been experiencing leaks every time we take a shower. This has been highly inconvenient for us, and we have been trying to address the issue for a significant period of time. Recently, we were informed that we have the option to either pay a $200 service fee for them to fix the problem or purchase the bottom and side piece ourselves. It would have been greatly appreciated if A Morgan Glass had notified us about the warranty coverage. Regrettably, we were unaware of this warranty, which is why we did not reach out to them initially. Additionally, it would have been beneficial if they had followed up with us to inquire about any potential issues we might have encountered during the glass installation process. We have been dealing with this ongoing predicament, and we express our frustration and disappointment regarding the situation.

  Everything went pretty smooth until pick up. I do commercial lawncare and I knocked out a storm door glass. paid up front. When I picked it up I asked for it to be wrapped, apparently that was a big deal. The guy said we don't normally do that, I said well can you. He continues to say its a waste 🤦. He has no business in customer service, everyone else was great. I planned to do all my business there but probably won't be back. The only person that apologized for the guy was an installer 👍

  I liked this place because they could do the very detailed, custom work I needed them to do, and the staff was so incredibly nice especially the actual glass cutter crew, and when they got something wrong, they made it right at their own expense. I gave it less then five stars only because my original order got a little messed up and I had to come back a few times to get the situation back on track ( they had lost the template I brought), but like I said, they made everything right and then some and I'm very happy with the outcome. I will be back for future custom glass cutting
