They did not pick the equiment up on the targeted date and charged our debit card for another weeks rental, without permission. When I called to complain and get a refund for an unauthorized charge Dawn acted like it was not a big deal. She basically said that is the way they do business. You have to call them to get the equipment picked up. She wanted to argue with me. I would not have written a bad review if I had not gotten the attitude that I got from her.

Just happened that one became available and he called me right away. This extremely diligent associate didn't miss the mark on this one, United Rentals is gonna be advertised all over due to their help with this project. So greatful for Michael, and I would tell anyone to call United Rentals Sun&Sand Rd Spartanburg. It's been difficult still getting things back together since the storm, but United Rentals and Michael cares. Professional diligent, and its appreciated!!!
- CWChad WJun 20, 20251.0I called on 06/12/2025 to the location off of hwy 221 in Chesnee, SC. I spoke to Michael and he was very very helpful as I needed to rent a aerator for my yard. Michael told me he could get me an aerator in for rent by the next week and I made plans to meet him on 06/20/2025 at noon. As I ended my call with Michael he assured me he would be working as well on that day. So today I called and Michael picked up my call and tells me that the aerator I was going to rent got sent to a different location. As you can imagine I was upset and very angry. While I do appreciate Michael's honesty there wasn't an offer to try to make this right. I had to scramble and call a mom and pop hardware store that promptly helped me with renting the aerator. I was so frustrated I called the store back as I was debating on whether to leave this review and if I got to speak to the manager this review may not have been written but since I have gotten no call quickly here we are. IF YOU NEED TO RENT AN AERATOR DO SO FROM BULLIS TRUE VALUE HARDWARE IN SPARTANBURG. This is a mom in pop store that makes doing business easy.
