  Tyler and Ben are what owners of a business should be lucky to have. First was greeted with sincere smiles and willingness to help find what was i was shopping for. Second explained in person off the street talk the in's and out of the tool. I will return for tools needs in the future. Great hire Directtools.

  This store is a hidden gem. They have so much more than just contractor tools, there's is a little something for everyone. Fantastic staff, everyone is so nice and was ready to help me find everything I was looking for. The store itself is clean and well-organized. I bought a string trimmer that has the attachment capabilities so I now have all my yard tools in one system with no gas to worry about. I have used it a few times now and love the power output and battery life. Definitely worth a visit!

  I just wanted to say that this place is a 5 star, I came in and was greeted very nicely by a kind young lady named Anna. She directed me towards the exact tool I needed for my porch. As I was leaving a manager named Gail was very nice and made sure I found everything i needed. I was very thankful to have such an amazing experience and I’m definitely going to come back. Thank you!

  Louis was very knowledgeable and offered good customer service. The July 4th "salebration" was a great introduction to this store. We had never been in before, but now we'll definitely be back! 👍👍😁
