  Refined Roofing was not the lowest bidder, HOWEVER they did exceptional work and were timely and courteous. In addition they took steps to protect our property that other roofers in our neighborhood did not. It is well worth a couple of extra bucks for this level of service. Make sure you call Refined Roofing if you need work done on your house!!

  Mark and Jason at Refined Roofing were the most wonderful guys to work with and our windows look amazing. From helping us pick out what we wanted to installation- we couldn't have been happier. There was no pressure to buy anything we didn't need and we truly enjoyed hearing about how these guys care so much about our community and pouring into others. We have had open windows and fresh air every day since they installed them and we look forward to using them on our upcoming home projects as well!

  I would highly recommend Refined Roofing Company to my family or friends. I have done multiple projects with them which includes all new windows in my home as well as soffit damage repair, and a new roof that was damaged by Hurricane Helene. My sales rep was Jason McGuire he worked with me hand in hand through the entire process including the insurance back & forth. He kept me updated throughout the process. Then the windows for my home was an upgrade i have wanted to do for a while after talking with Jason I decided now was the best time to do that as well, and WOW how i love my windows. If you need anything for the exterior of your home I highly recommend this company. Every interaction i have had with them from the owner (Mark), my sales rep(Jason),or the scheduling department (Chastity) has been superb. Thank you Refined Roofing for helping me with my home!

  I had a rear sunroom roof replaced by Refined. I had shingles on a very low pitch roof that had deteriorated and started leaking. I learned that the best roof for this low pitch was not shingles but what they called a rolled roof. Tyler and Scott were very professional and knowledgeable in discussing the advantages of this kind of roof and holding my hands through the process. I cannot speak more highly of the customer service from Tyler and Scott and professionalism of the crew doing the actual work. All in all, I am very satisfied with my new roof. I would recommend Refined Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Refined Roofing Company, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their team was professional, timely, and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and handled every detail with care. We especially want to recognize Jason McGuire and Chastity Stone, who were both outstanding to work with. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What stood out the most was their attention to cleanup. When the job was completed, everything was left neat and orderly—something that truly sets them apart. The quality of the work is outstanding, and we are very pleased with our new roof. We are also very satisfied with the product they recommended—it looks great and gives us confidence in the durability and long-term protection of our home. It’s a relief to have this taken care of—one less worry on our minds. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Refined Roofing Company to anyone needing roofing work done.
